Center for International Legal Studies
(CILS) is a registered public interest non-profit for international legal research and education headquartered in Salzburg,
Austria.
CILS established the International Business Law Consortium in 1996 to help practitioners participate in CILS
educational and research programs. IBLC members have built upon this to exchange information, network and optimise services.
CILS provides the IBLC's permananet secretariat and develops IBLC policy and supervises its activities in consultation with IBLC's Council and Chairperson.
CILS organisational resources remain at the disposal of the IBLC, as its proprietary affiliate.
